Great Communications, they helped me understand mugs and the options. Made me look amazing and the customer will be reordering. They look so nice I warned the restaurant that customers may steal them - now he is going to sell them for $20 a piece!

Fabulous customer service. They are great at returning emails quickly and staying on top of your order. My order was ready to ship early. They noticed it was going to a convention center and contacted me before shipping to make sure it wouldn't be rejected. A pleasure to work with.
I have a customer that is a vision impaired organization. PyroGraphics is able to print braille on supplied items that I find for me customer with some testing. They are very efficient and easy to work with. I would recommend them 100%!
