Terms & Conditions

Ceramic (High Fire) Imprint Ink:

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PROTECTION, mugs and drinkware are printed with Lead-Free ink.  Standard High-Fire lead free ink has a high gloss finish and is microwave safe.  High-Fire Lead-Free ink is not recommended for dishwasher use – please hand wash for maximum durability.  High-fired inks are not available in all PMS colors, use Organic Imprint ink for hard to match colors.  Note: Small variations in imprint color may occur from batch to batch due to changes in exact firing conditions, temperatures, and batch to batch ink consistency.

 

Organic Polymer Imprint Colors
Our 4-Color Perfect system and some PMS colors require Organic Polymer imprint ink. These inks are lead-free, very brilliant and microwave safe with good (top rack) residential dishwasher resistance. NOTE: High Temperature “sanitation” cycles will shorten the life of any lead-free ink. Add .19 (g) per item (not per color) for Organic Polymer spot ink. Please call for specific information.  Organic Polymer imprints meet California Proposition 65 requirements without required warning.

Complaints
Complaints or requests for corrections must be made within 14 days after order ships.

Cancellations
Canceled orders will be subject to all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Delivery
We make every effort to deliver your order when you need it! Please indicate event dates on orders with critical deadlines.

Shipping Quantity
Standard Over & Under quantity: 36pcs: ± 4 pcs. 72pcs: ± 6pcs. 144pcs: ± 12pcs. 288pcs. or more: ± 5%. Orders specified as “No Overs” may be shipped short the amount listed above.

Freight
All orders are FOB PyroGraphics, West Des Moines, IA 50265. Carrier is determined at the time the order is placed. Orders are palletized and shipped via Motor Freight whenever possible.

Packaging
Orders shipped UPS or other parcel shipping services are repackaged to avoid breakage at a cost of 6.25 (G) per box.

Shipping Charges
We add 10% to the shipping charges of all prepaid freight shipments. Customers can request that shipping be charged to their shipper number to avoid this charge. Repackaging charges will still apply.

Multiple Address Shipments
Multiple address shipments are charged 8.25 (g) for each additional address.

Rush Charges
Rush charges, if applicable, are determined at the time the order is placed and depend upon current work load, quantity ordered and delivery date requested.

Individual Packaging
Individual packaging is available for many of the items in our catalog. See page 39. Please call for additional information.

Returns
All returns must have written factory authorization prior to shipping.

 Less Than Minimum Orders
Less than minimum quantities are available for many items in our catalog. Please inquire as to availability and pricing.

Personalizations
Many items can be personalized @ 3.25 (g) each. Set-up is 43.75 (g) per 36 names, round set-up up to the nearest 36 names. Please call for product availability. 36 piece minimum.

Preproduction Proofs
Charges are listed with the set-up charge next to the item in the catalog. Faxed or E-mailed proofs are provided at no charge on all orders.

Quality of Ceramic and Glass Items
Due to the inherent properties of ceramic and glassware,
slight imperfections and variations in surface quality and
color may occur. These imperfections will not be considered
cause for rejection.

Imprint Location
Due to size and shape variations (height and roundness), exact location and straightness of imprints may vary by as much as 1/16”. Although we make every effort to compensate, such variation is not cause for rejection.

Reorders
Exact reorders are produced with no set-up charge. Any changes to the original art will require new set-up charges.

Safety of Imprint and Products
PyroGraphics adheres to FDA guidelines limiting decorations in the lip area (top 2cm or 3/4”) of ceramic and glass items. All ceramics are tested by our suppliers and are approved for food contact use.

Capacity
All sizes and capacity are approximate and may vary.

Trademarks and Logos
All trademarks, logos and copy shown in the catalog are strictly for illustrative purposes only, and do not suggest that they are available to any purchaser without the express permission of the owner of the trademarked or copyrighted art, copy or verbiage. PyroGraphics accepts artwork as being submitted in full compliance with all intellectual property laws. All customers agree that by submitting material for use in producing orders, all art and copy materials are in compliance with these laws and PyroGraphics cannot be held liable for any violations.

Terms
All first-time orders are to be prepaid. Credit will be established for net 30 terms, provided credit history is satisfactory.

Registration
Our multi-color registration is EXCELLENT. We accomplish this without the use of decals or transfers. Orders produced with our exclusive Pyro-Precise multicolor system are registered within 1/64” or less.
