Art & Digital File Requirements (spot color art only)
Camera-Ready art must be in Black & White, with sharp crisp lines and image edges. Laser printer outputs of at least 600 DPI are acceptable. These CANNOT include any shading or halftones in the image unless approved by PyroGraphics. All images requiring touch-up are subject to an art charge. We will quote this upon examination of art.
Art charges are 93.75 (G) per hour.

Digital files are accepted in the following formats: Mac or PC, EPS or Illustrator CS3 or before, CoreDRAW V-11
Emailed files should be less than 10mb. All fonts or text must be converted to outlines or curves. Please indicate if you need typesetting added and indicate font. We will match the fonts as closely as possible.

All other formats must be converted into one of the above. Photoshop art must be in black & white only, and at least 600 DPI. Multi-color Photoshop files may be subject to an art charge due to the difficulty of preparing clean spot-color separations. Low-resolution JPG, BMP, GIF, and files prepared with presentation software are not considered acceptable.
Include a hard copy with colors indicated.

Art provided in an unusable format can be re-rendered by our art staff. Art charges will be quoted upon request.

Art & Digital File Requirements (four color process art only)

Illustrator CS3, Photoshop of TIFF, Mac or PC. Scans (TIFF, JPEG, Photoshop) must be at least 600dpi. All text must be converted to outlines. Include a hard copy for layout confirmation only. Scanned photographs may require additional art charge. Send on CD ROM or Zip file. Emailed files are best stuffed or zipped, and should be smaller than 10 MB. A FTP site is available, call for details. Low resolution JPG, BMP, GIF and files prepared with presentation software are not considered acceptable.
